Brownlee Spheri-10 C18 Conventional Column - 250 mm x 4.6 mm I.D.

The Brownlee Spheri-10^® C18 column has a small-pore, silica-based sorbent for separating small molecules and is the most retentive reverse-phase in this family. This conventional Brownlee column (non-cartridge) uses standard compression end fittings compatible with all HPLC instrumentation and does not require a holder unless it is being used with NewGuard cartridges. To couple a conventional column to a NewGuard cartridge, a NewGuard holder (07150001) is necessary.
